All payments are final and NON-REFUNDABLE including the downpayment and layaway payments.

Layaway

Absolutely! A limited number of layaway spaces may be offered for preorder dolls. Depending on the doll and purchase price, layaway may consist of 2 or 3 monthly payments, as specified in the individual listing.

Your first payment reserves your doll and commits you to completing the agreed payment plan. Subsequent payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided with your order.

All deposits and layaway payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please choose layaway only if you are confident that you will be able to complete all scheduled payments.

If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, and prior arrangements have not been made with me, the layaway will be considered in default and the order may be cancelled. Payments already made will not be refunded.

Completion of your layaway payments does not necessarily mean that your doll is immediately ready to ship. Preorder dolls are individually made and finished by me, and production schedules vary by release.

Shipping is not included in layaway payments. Once your layaway has been paid in full and your doll is ready to ship, you will receive a separate invoice for the actual DHL Express shipping cost to your address. DHL remote-area surcharges may apply to some destinations and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns
Due to Customs regulations in Mexico, returns can not be accepted. Anything with a face is considered to be a toy for children and because of that needs a special health certificate to come into Mexico. 

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, TRANSFERS or EXCHANGES.
