  • Where do you ship?
    I ship worldwide using DHL Express. Dolls usually arrive home in 3 to 5 days after being shipped.
  • Do you have a layaway option?
    Absolutley! Sometimes I just plain forget to add layaway to a post. I can generally do a 2 or 3 part layaway so if you don't see the option listed feel free to contact me
  • Can I return a doll?
    No, due to Mexican customs regulations I can't accept returns. Mexico considers anything that has a face to be a childs toy and therefore needs a health certificate to enter.
  • Where is your studio?
    My studio is in a little town in Nayarit, Mexico called Bucerias
  • Can I request customization?
    For sure, because I do all my own casting and finishing in my studio I'm happy to help you realize your perfect doll. I can do custom resin colors, face painting etc Depending on the customization there may be fees involved
