Depending on the doll and purchase price, layaway may consist of 2 or 3 monthly payments, as specified in the individual listing.Your first payment reserves your doll and commits you to completing the agreed payment plan. Subsequent payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided with your order.All deposits and layaway payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please choose layaway only if you are confident that you will be able to complete all scheduled payments.If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, and prior arrangements have not been made with me, the layaway will be considered in default and the order may be cancelled. Payments already made will not be refunded.Completion of your layaway payments does not necessarily mean that your doll is immediately ready to ship. Preorder dolls are individually made and finished by me, and production schedules vary by release.Shipping is not included in layaway payments. Once your layaway has been paid in full and your doll is ready to ship, you will receive a separate invoice for the actual DHL Express shipping cost to your address. No, due to Mexican customs regulations I can't accept returns. Mexico considers anything that has a face to be a childs toy and therefore needs a health certificate to enter.

For sure, because I do all my own casting and finishing in my studio I'm happy to help you realize your perfect doll. I can do custom resin colors, face painting etc Depending on the customization there may be fees involved

I ship worldwide using DHL Express. Dolls usually arrive home in 3 to 5 days after being shipped.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the package and its destination. The shipping amount shown at checkout is based on my standard shipping rates.Please note that DHL may classify some addresses as remote delivery areas and apply an additional surcharge. These charges are determined by DHL and are outside of my control. If your address requires an additional DHL surcharge that is not covered by the shipping amount paid with your order, I will contact you and send an invoice for the difference.
